Cash Flow Analysis
HP can help you pinpoint a property’s cashflow. No analysis is 100% accurate due to market fluxuations and things outside your control. However, this will allow you to control some variables and make some basic assumptions. We can preview your property, investigate rents, estimate expenses and prepare detailed cashflow analysis and a marketing package.
